Meet Our Staff

Laurie Lewis
President

Lewis began her insurance career in 1995, as an account manager with Tri County Insurance, but her passion for sales led her to CoWest where she could be a full time producer in 1997. In 1998, the prior owner asked Lewis to take on additional responsibilities in the corporate office as the IT Director, office manager for the corporate office as well as the CoWest Affiliate liaison. In 2004, she was given the ultimate opportunity and became majority owner.

Laurie received one of the highest honors of her career when she was recognized by the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC) and received the prestigious award as the 2007 Insurance Person of the Year. Her commitment to the community earned her the Castle Rock Business Person of the Year Award in 2008.

Stacie Barton
Commercial Lines Manager

Stacie began her insurance career at the CoWest Corporate office August of 1999 and is now the commercial lines customer service manager. She lives in the Castle Rock area where she enjoys spending time with her daughter Rebecca and her cat Bootsie.

Erin Schaper
Commercial Lines Administration

Erin started with the CoWest commercial lines department in February of 2014. She has lived in Colorado her entire life with her husband Steve and two children Kaitland and Logan. Together, they enjoy the outdoors and going on family trips.

Paula Quinney
Personal Lines Manager

Paula has been servicing Personal Lines insurance customers for 30 years. She began working at an agency affiliated with CoWest in 1998, when she and her husband moved from New Hampshire to Colorado.

In 2004 Paula transferred to the CoWest Corporate office in Castle Rock and is now the Personal Lines Manager. Paula and her husband recently restored a 1908 home and she is currently working on the yard and finishing details. In Paula's spare time she enjoys painting and spending time with her family.
